Meet Pastor Daniel Novy
Pastor Daniel trusted Christ as Savior, becoming a Christian in April 1999. While he grew up in a loving, and good religious home, pastor Novy had never heard the Bible's message that each individual must “receive” Christ to experience a new birth, and the eternal promise of heaven. Eight months later, he found himself at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, a first great achievement as he began a professional acting career in Hollywood California. Despite a promising career blossoming, Daniel felt a calling from God when he began to attend a Bible-teaching church like the one he now pastors. It was then that he dedicated his life to Christ-honoring living, ministry, and spreading the gospel with others, leaving Hollywood and journeying back to Ohio to pursue theological education at Cleveland Baptist Church. In September 2016 Daniel became the beloved pastor and leader of Grand River Baptist Church. His testimony inspires countless individuals to deepen their faith and live a life of purpose and service to God. His story serves as a testament to the transformative power of faith and the importance of following one's calling, even if it means making unexpected and life-changing choices.
